Been hitting them all time low weigh ins on a DAIILYYYY in the words of lui marco I’ve honestly been dropping weight like mad and seeing drastic differences in my physique every morning- although I’m still fluffy as fck relative to physique industry standard Not even 2 cinnabons pre workout could help me maintain my performance- a few days ago I was benching 105 & 100 easily now it’s a damn struggle haha – I understand that due to such low calories and all the work I’ve been putting in I’m completely depleted more specifically I’m referring to my glycogen stores- I know and all other coaches know full well a cheat meal/refeed/high calorie meal will take a good few hours atleast to replenish stores enough to have a positive effect on performance– so basically this was expected. Remember to tune in tomorrow for more from The Muscle PhD Academy! And don’t forget about the Facebook LIVE Q&A tomorrow afterno...
