I forever see countless instagram posts of ‘meal prepping’. It’s always the same old story.. ‘gotta get back on track… Meal prep time!’… (hopeless shit like that). This is because eating the same chewy cold hard bland tasteless meal over and over and over and over and over again is literal torture (Just how you wouldn’t watch the same episode of a television series over and over and over again!). People say ‘fail to prepare prepare to fail’… I say fuck that all you are preparing for is an eating disorder and false hope. Sorry to be so negative but it’s true. Learn how to track your macros and actually enjoy your life while reaching your muscle gain and fat loss goals. What is the point of having abs when you can’t even go for a meal with your partner or your family and friends without cracking open a smelly stinky old tupparware filled with fucking sweet potato and chicken breast. Even the greatest bodybuilders IN THE WORLD didn’t eat like this. Arnold Schwarzenegger drank beer post workout for christ sake. @ronniecoleman8 ate cheese omelette’s and chicken & chips! Please for the love of God STOP doing this type of thing because it is only going to end badly.
