Marlboro gold my favourite cigarettes. I smoke around 2-3 cigarettes per day when I’m dieting. Many people will look down on that.. But hear me out. I am not addicted to cigarettes – I never have been and I never will be. When you are in a calorie deficit you typically produce much less serotonin (the happiness neurotransmitter in the brain). Cigarette’s produce a small amount of serotonin in the brain when smoked. This can blunt hunger and make you feel relaxed and happy for short periods of time. We all know they are not optimal for health (either is fast food or drinking alcohol) but as long as you only indulge in a small amount of cigarettes I really don’t see anything wrong with them.
