the most confusing topic in all of diet and exercise! idea that carbs are bad! it isn’t really the carbs and fats that are the problem, it’s the processed nature of these foods. It isn’t the sodium either — you need sodium — you just don’t need that much, combined with fake fats, refined sugars without the fibre and water. Carbs aren’t holding you back, even if you’ve convinced yourself of it.
