Harney & Sons Organic Green w/ Citrus & Ginkgo Tea – 20 Bags. A hand-picked organic green tea from Southern India. This refreshing blend delivers the benefits associated with green tea and ginkgo, with a dash of lemongrass, along with the bright taste of natural citrus. This was one our first certified Organic teas. We decided to give the green tea blend a bit of "functionality" and added some Ginkgo. However we can not remember the reason!

the most confusing topic in all of diet and exercise! idea that carbs are bad! it isn’t really the carbs and fats that are the problem, it’s the processed nature of these foods. It isn’t the sodium either — you need sodium — you just don’t need that much, combined with fake fats, refined sugars without the fibre and water.
